  • 1. Part-Time Commercial Cleaners

    Common tasks include:

    Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.

    Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes

    Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen

    Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners

    Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas

    Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.

    Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to client in the comments section on the customer checklist.

    Arrive to work (client location) at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and insure the client’s facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave.

    Handle special requests for customers as appropriate and note handling on the customer checklist and company paperwork

    Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.





  • 2. Floor Technicians

    Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks on floors.

    Operating floor cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and buffers

    Removing stains, spills, and debris from floors

    Applying floor finishes, sealants, and wax as needed.

    Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

    Following safety procedures and guidelines while working.

    Communicating with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure quality work.



  • 3. Day-Porter

    We are seeking an energetic and reliable day porter to perform day-to-day building maintenance at our company facility. Overall duties will include removing debris, maintaining common room areas, restocking bathrooms and responding to all cleaning emergencies.


    The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. You will work with management to create an effective cleaning schedule, which will include your day-to-day routines and work timetable.


    Responsibilities:


    Complete minor repairs and building improvements.

    Prepare conference rooms before and after important meetings.

    Clean all common room areas including the kitchen, cafeteria, lobby and break room.

    When applicable, place safety hazard signs in the building including wet paint and wet floor warning signs.

    Monitor, clean and service washrooms.

    Respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises.

    Remove litter and rubbish from main common rooms.

    Help order supplies required for facility maintenance.


  • 4. Office Administrative Assistant

    Responsible for ensuring that an office is organised and that daily tasks are completed efficiently. Admin Assistants have a wide range of duties to complete, and they must be willing to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required by colleagues and managers. Their primary duties and responsibilities include:


    Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person

    Welcoming visitors to the building, organising security clearance and showing them to meetings

    Booking meeting rooms for colleagues and arranging meeting schedules

    Organising filing systems and updating office databases

    Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks

    Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members

    Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms

    Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments

    Responding to questions and requests for information
